Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There are no contracts! All you need to do is sign an agreement giving us permission to market your property as you have selected.

How do I terminate my services?

You may terminate your service at any time by simply calling our toll free number, verifying requested information and requesting termination of service. You may also terminate service via email. Simply send a termination request to customerservice@link2exposure.com from the emal address we have on file and include your name, address of property, verify pin number established during the listing process and request for termination of service (please include an effective date).

Can LINK2EXPOSURE.com act as an agent on my behalf?

Yes. LINK2EXPOSURE is a licensed real estate brokerage in a few states around the country and have fun, friendly and professional agents ready to link you to your next real estate investment. Just call our toll free number and a customer service representative will link you to your new buyer's agent.

Will LINK2EXPOSURE charge a commission if my property sells?

LINK2EXPOSURE does not charge commissions on listing your property nor do we charge a commission on the sale of properties marketed on this site. However, if your property sells by a buyers agent in the MLS, Realtor.com or any other professional ral estate site, there may be a buyers agent commission involved or a flat rate as determined by you prior to listing your property.

What do I do after I purchase an EXPOSURE Package?

Prospective buyers are sent directly to you, which allows you to stay in control of the selling process. However, if you opt to take advantage of our EXPOSURE Assistant Service, a licensed real estate professional will take care of your calls for you, set scheduling apppintments for showings and relay the message to you via email, text messaging, via fax or phone.

Can I list my property for rent on LINK2EXPOSURE?
